BITCY token is not distributed on other platforms and is not registered as a smart contract in Binance or Blockchain systems or mining platforms.T Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP does not conduct crypto transactions or other financial transactions through the Binance or Blockchain or any other third-party platforms sites or any other financial institute systems.
2) The Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP is not connected to various crypto applications, but functions independently.
3) The functionality of Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP does not provide for the sale of bitcoin or any other crypto currency availble on crypto markets or crypto world.
4) The specifics of the Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP has nothing to do with the specifics of the crypto wallet, since the Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP application is a version of the educational platform, with constant practical development of the forecasting process and the possibility of obtaining additional benefits.

AMENDMENT OF THESE TERMS

AMONG OTHER THINGS, APPENDIX 5 INCLUDES AN AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE WHICH REQUIRES, WITH LIMITED EXCEPTIONS, THAT ALL DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND US SHALL BE RESOLVED BY BINDING AND FINAL ARBITRATION. APPENDIX 5 ALSO CONTAINS A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER. PLEASE READ SECTION 7 AND APPENDIX 5 CAREFULLY.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

will be available without interruption and we do not guarantee that any order will be executed, accepted, recorded, or remain open. Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
shall not be liable for any losses resulting from or arising out of delays in processing predictions, inability to execute predictions, or lack of timely response from Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP

Once you create an account with Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
you are registered on the BITCYCLUB APP. The terms ``member," "membership,`` and''account `` all refer to this registration as a member on Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
When you create an account, you will provide a unique username and email. We will also ask you to create a password. Because any activities that occur under your username or password are your responsibility it is important for you to keep your username and/or password secure. you may cancel or terminate your account at any time at your sole discretion. All your Bitcy Tokens must be removed from Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP by requesting reward BITCY INNER TOKEN.

may, without any prior written notice, immediately suspend, terminate, discontinue and/or limit your account, the user will still be responsible for its contents and previous actions. d) unexpected technical or security issues and/or problems;
e) any extended periods of inactivity;
f) any engagement by you in any fraudulent or illegal activities; and/or
g) the nonpayment of any associated fees that may be owed by you in connection with your Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
account Services.
Furthermore, you herein agree that any and all terminations, suspensions, discontinuances, and or limitations of access for cause shall be made at users sole discretion and that we shall not be liable to you or any other third party with regards to the termination of your account, associated email address and/or access to any of our services.
The termination of your account with Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
shall include any and/or all of the following:
a) the removal of any access to all or part of the Services offered within Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
b) the deletion of your password and any and all related information, files, and any such content that may be associated with or inside your account, or any part thereof; and
c) the barring of any further use of all or part of our Services.
COMMISSIONS / LICENSES PAYMENTS
BITCYCLUB application operates based on automatic charging of the Service Fee, and Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
does not issue invoices. However, we reserve the right to do so in the future, in which case any relevant commissions will be displayed before you use any of the services covered. The relevant fees for any transaction will be shown to you before completing this transaction. Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
may change the structure of the commissions at any time (including the addition of new commissions for new services) and reserves the right to do so at its own discretion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

and are protected by intellectual property law, All rights reserved. The service does not require ownership of intellectual property rights owned by third parties. The users acknowledge and agree that all content and materials of the services and the application are protected, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and know-how. Reproduction, copying or distribution for commercial purposes of any materials or elements of the service without written permission is strictly prohibited. does not disclose confidential information obtained in connection with the provision of services without the prior written consent of another user, except as provided by the laws of the country in which the company operates.

has no obligation to provide such information if it meets at least one of the following conditions:
• was known before the provision of the service
• legally received by third parties outside the context of the services
• publicly disclosed by the user,
• allowed for distribution with the written consent of the user.

FORCE MAJEURE

shall not be liable for any delays, non-performance or service interruptions that arise directly or indirectly from any cause or condition beyond the reasonable control of Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP including, but not limited to: any delay or refusal due to any or military authorities, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, war, strikes or other labor disputes, fires, interruptions of telecommunications or Internet services or services of network providers, malfunctions of equipment and / or software, other disasters or anything else that or anything else that is beyond our reasonable control and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any other provisions.
Prediction BITCY coin FEE
The Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP retains charges 3% inner BITCY COIN fee of the total transaction amount, positive prediction transaction from the prediction and any positive prediction occurred.
APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This User Agreement is governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of and shall be construed as an agreement entered under the laws In the event of a dispute over the issues set forth herein, the parties shall take all possible measures to resolve them through negotiations. If the parties are unable to reach an agreement through negotiations within 30 (thirty) calendar days, any dispute arising out of or in connection with the User Agreement will be referred to the relevant court.
CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

has the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement. The changes come into force in 3 (three) calendar days from the date of publication of the new version of the relevant documents in the Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
ApplicationAnnex. If the User does not accept the new version of the Terms of Use, he / she must stop using the Application.
FINAL PROVISIONS
These Terms remain in effect until you or Paparazzi Games, inc DBA BITCYCLUB TRIVIA APP
terminate them. The Company may terminate these Terms at any time in its sole discretion without explaining the reasons for such decision.If any issues are not governed by these Terms, they are governed by applicable law.If this Agreement is available in several languages, the English tenegrian version of the Agreement shall prevail.
